We have grown custom fields to accommodate activities! As a manager, you can now better report on your reps' activities by matching the custom fields to properties in your CRM.
To create a custom activity type
Go to "Settings" and scroll down to the bottom to "Custom Fields".
Next, toggle on Activities and press "+ Add new field". Then choose a field type. If you only want your reps to choose from a pre-selected list of options, we suggest "Single Option".
After deciding on the field type, you will be able to name the custom field and enter the potential options. To input multiple options, press enter between each option.
Viewing your custom activity types
After creating a new custom field, you can access them from any activity record.
To access an activity record, go to Activities and select the activity name you wish to view.
